en مديريت ورزشی و شاخه‌های وابسته بدان Sport Management and its related branches مقاله اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Background. </strong><em>Choisir de Gagner</em> is a Quebec (Canada) company associated to AlterGo and <em>D&eacute;fi sportif</em>. Its mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle for youth with disabilities.<br> <strong>Objectives.</strong> This article analyzes this organization, especially its strengths and weaknesses of its environments.<br> <strong>Methods.</strong> The study took place over a three-year period, from 2012-2015. The first two data collections (2012-2013 and 2013-2014) aimed at analyzing the organization&rsquo;s internal components. In reference to these results, the third collection&rsquo;s goal (2015) was to analyze the transfer of knowledge that was developed during the organization&rsquo;s mandate.<br> <strong>Results.</strong> Moreover, following the first data collection, a few weaknesses were identified regarding time management and the decision-making process. With regard to these results, certain adjustments were made in the organization which have led to a considerable improvement if we rely on the results from the second data collection. At the end of the article, the organization&rsquo;s external communication is specifically examined by an analysis of the transfer of knowledge.
